Refunds & Cancellations
Last updated 6 October 2026
The listening service is free. Paying is optional — "pay with your wish". This page says what a payment is, and what happens if one goes wrong.
Payments are voluntary contributions
Any amount you pay — you choose the figure yourself on the payment page — is a voluntary contribution towards keeping the service running. It is not a fee for a service, and it does not buy anything: not a guaranteed call, not priority, not longer calls, not a particular listener.
Payments are made on the payment provider's own page. We never see or store your card, UPI ID or bank details.
Cancellations
There is nothing to cancel. There are no subscriptions, no plans and no recurring charges — every contribution is a single, one-time payment you choose to make.
Refunds for duplicate or mistaken payments
If you paid twice by mistake, paid a different amount from the one you meant, or a payment went through that you did not intend, write to wearereadytolisten@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment.
Include the transaction reference (the payment ID, order ID or UTR shown by the provider, your bank or your UPI app) and the amount. That is all we need.
Once we have confirmed the payment with the provider, the refund is made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or app may take a little longer to show it.
What not to send us
Please do not send card or bank details, and please do not tell us about any conversation. A payment is never linked to a call — we cannot look one up from the other, and we have not built a way to.
